When I do a video, I keep things pretty simple. I shoot inside my apartment, mostly the living room and I do very little takes. I like keeping things a little low-key and homespun because I think it keeps it looking "real" if that makes any sense.
So here's a picture I took the day I shot my latest Dora video. It shows you the set-up I do for every video. I have a couple of lights, a reflector to help with shadows; I make the apartment look like a mess and clean it up before Steve gets home.
Oh yeah, that's a fun fact about me. I usually only shoot videos when Steve is not around because I feel like I would be really self-conscious otherwise. Here's "the set" of Dora the Agoraphobic. Hope you like it!
